Brooke Griffin, former captain of the Cincinnati Bengals NFL Cheerleaders and current reigning Fitness Universe Champion, is taking the fitness world by storm. Her success is based on a powerful combination of beauty, fitness, strength, agility, gymnastics, and dance. She has focused her skill and talent to become an inspiring fitness expert and certified personal trainer who has been featured in numerous magazines including GQ, Oxygen Women's Fitness, Natural Muscle, and Status Fitness. Brooke's good looks and charm have not been overlooked by local and national media and her health and wellness tips have been heard on national syndicated radio. In addition, she attracts thousands of visitors each month on her website blogging about current topics in the health and fitness industry.
Brooke is promoting her new book entitled Get Fit in 4 Weekswhich she released on January 1st. The book contains an easy to follow program that includes hundreds of recipes and workouts for women of all ages. Prior to this book, she authored Healthy Holiday Guide and Holiday Cookbook, which was a great asset for many who struggled with weight during the most vulnerable time of year. She is also contributing writer for Status Fitness Magazine, Bodybuilding.com, Fitnessuniverse.com, Natural Muscle Magazine, and American Cheerleader Magazine.
Brooke will be doing a photo-shoot for Oxygen Magazine in mid January and she will be featured in Redbook Magazine this April. Redbook will be covering her sponsorship of The Welcome House of Northern Kentucky, a homeless shelter for women and children.
Brooke will be doing celebrity appearances for Fitness Universe at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in New Mexico this February, and she will be hanging out with the Terminator himself at the Arnold Fitness Expo in Columbus, Ohio this March.
