This new American Graffiti meets The Outsiders movie takes place in the summer of 1974 in Asbury Park, NJ. It is a story about a teenage youth named Bobby Dilfer, who is a local mechanic and heads the greasers. He is enticed by a local beauty named Gloria, who also has the attention of local rocker Johnny Balentine. Johnny is even bigger than a local unknown kid named Bruce Springsteen. Ultimately Bobby and Johnny clash, and the greasers and rockers wind up in an epic rumble. Also in the film is Frank Vincent of recent Sopranos fame. Nikki will be on set for six weeks playing the role of Wendy, one of the motorcycle girls who is dating the lead actor in the film, to be announced shortly.
